The HP Virtual Classroom is a perfect solution for highly interactive and engaging training and meetings in which the presenter wishes to effectively communicate the message in a very personal manner while relying upon a secure IT infrastructure.

Scalable (HP Rooms)
If you have web access, HP Rooms will accommodate small to large meetings with minimal bandwidth.

- Larger event sizes of up to 2200 concurrent users are also available (with fewer interactivity features)
- Works through firewalls
- Works on 28.8 or above modem connection
Registration (VCR)
User may register for courses in advance without using any specialized keys or name input. Automated notification of registration may be set up with file attachments such as prior reading material for a course.
Waitlist (VCR)
If a course session is filled, users may select to be placed on a waitlist. As seats become available, the waitlist users will be notified by email of available seats.
Reschedule Admin
If you have an instructor that is taken ill and cannot teach his virtual course, it's no problem with Reschedule Administration. You can reschedule the students into another session. The student is automatically notified and enrolled in the new session.
Demographics Management (VCR)
Demographics provide you with the ability to assign users to unique URLs or user groups based on user input. These features are built into initial enrollment, login and course completion.
Certificate
Course Certificate provides the organization the ability to configure, customize and deploy a printable certificate in PDF format for any completed course. The course developer or administrator may upload company logo, graphics, frame color, back ground color, customize text, instructor name and title. The organization has tremendous flexibility in configuring the certificate to meet their unique needs. See example below:
End-of-Course Survey (VCR)
Level I evaluation is supported through the survey feature. This provides you with the ability to implement customized course surveys. The end-of-course survey enables organizations to conduct Level 1 evaluations associated with the virtual classroom.
Prerequisites/Training Plans (VCR)
These provide you with the ability to set a required learner path. In this manner, you can set up a training plan with required prerequisites.
Reports (VCR)
The ability to run robust detailed user, product, instructor, management-rollup and a demographic report is a key feature. Virtual classroom instructors can run the popular Class Roster to see who is enrolled in their respective session. Reports generated may be printed or downloaded in a comma-delimited format allowing thorough analysis.
Messaging (VCR)
TeraLearn® provides you with a wide range of message options:
- Automatic customizable messages based on user action (course signup, completion, cancellation, missed, rescheduled, waitlist)
- Automatic messages permit attachments
- Group member messages
- Customized messages to users based on test progress/status
Section 508
The user interface is Section 508 compliant. The systems administrator and/or user can select to have his/her user screens display in this standard.
Customization (VCR)
TeraLearn® provides the ability to customize banners, color, most text screens and languages. If your organization has international users you can translate the interface into languages such as Japanese, German or Spanish.
Collaboration (VCR)
A robust Threaded Discussion provides you with the ability to facilitate sharing of best practices across the enterprise. Threaded Discussion can be associated virtual classroom as a pre or post course event.
Learning Portal (VCR)
Supports 100% customized "learning portal" design to access the company website, news releases, stock price etc.
Secure - SSL
Secure socket layer file encryption is offered as an optional feature for all client companies. This will insure that course content, user records and company intellectual property is protected.

TeraLearn® is configured with the following User language interfaces:
