Training
TeraLearn® provides workshops for administrators, developers and users on the TeraLearn® LCMS. Workshops are offered via the HP Virtual Rooms or company onsite per contractual agreement. Each workshop provides the participants with hands-on practice and detailed documentation that includes:
- User's Guide to the TeraLearn® LCMS 6.1
- Manager's Guide to the TeraLearn® LCMS 6.1
- Instructor's Guide to the TeraLearn® LCMS 6.1
- Developer's Guide to the TeraLearn® LCMS 6.1
- Administrator's Guide to the TeraLearn® LCMS 6.1
Hewlett-Packard provides training on how to design and teach the HP Virtual Rooms. Please refer to http://education.hp.com/hpvc/ttt.html for more information regarding these training courses.
Setup
TeraLearn® works with the customer to rapidly and smoothly deploy the applications. This often includes importing user information, user ID and password or other data to the TeraLearn® LCMS, as well as configuring initial customization branding, groups and curriculum. We provide ongoing support in the form of administrative help desk as described below.
Help Desk
TeraLearn®'s administrator and developer help desk is available Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, PST. A 24/7 technical support phone line is available in case of urgent need. Email support is available to the entire user community. End-user phone support is also available upon request.

Through our strategic partner, ASK International, TeraLearn® offers a wide range of content services including:

Off-The-Shelf
TeraLearn® can host any content vendor products that meet the SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 standards. TeraLearn® will work with the vendors and assist the client company in selection and integration of the content under the TeraLearn® LCMS. TeraLearn® guarantees that courseware that meets the SCORM 1.2 or 2004 standards can be successfully deployed using our technology. There is no additional TeraLearn® fee for the integration and deployment.
